Returns and Exchanges

If you purchase items and find them to be of poor quality, you have the right to return them to us within 14 days from the day of delivery. In such cases, defective items are replaced with quality items free of charge, or you are refunded the amount paid.

To return an item to us (excluding warranty service), please inform us via email at info@bebetono.lt

If the reason for returning the item is poor quality, we commit to replacing the defective item with a quality one at our expense or refunding the amount paid for the item. Defective items are exchanged or returned in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods’ approved by the Minister of Economy on June 29, 2001, Order No. 217.

The return of quality items is only possible in accordance with the ‘Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services When Contracts are Concluded Using Means of Communication’ approved by the Minister of Economy on August 17, 2001, Order No. 258. In this case, you bear the return shipping costs.

When returning items, the following conditions must be met:

• The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
• The item must not be damaged by the Buyer;
• The item must retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, protective films not removed, etc.) (this point does not apply when returning a defective item);
• The returned item must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer;
• When returning an item, you must provide the purchase document, warranty card (if issued), and a completed item return document.
